1. Submit Your Custom Request Form

You’ll include:

• Length, shape, and nail size
• Color palette
• Theme or aesthetic
• Reference photos
• Desired level of glam (minimal → full bling)
• Deadline, if any
• Your budget

Once submitted, your request is added to the Divine Waitlist.

📌 Not all requests are accepted.

2. Your Design Is Reviewed

I personally review each request.
Depending on current demand, this may take 1–5 business days.

You will receive an email response stating:

• Approved
• Approved with modifications (e.g., timeline, complexity, budget)
• Declined (design outside my scope or availability)
• Waitlisted (high demand period)

Luxury = limited.
This keeps your set truly one-of-a-kind.

3. Receive Your Custom Quote

If approved, you’ll receive a personalized quote based on:

• Length
• Detail level
• 3D pieces
• Character art
• Gem density
• Specialty materials
• Time required

I will never start designing without confirming your total first.

4. Invoice Sent via Shopify

Once you approve your quote, a secure Shopify invoice will be sent to your email.

Your spot in the queue is not reserved until the invoice is paid.

5. Your Set Is Handcrafted & Shipped

Crafting times vary (up to 14 business days on average), depending on complexity and current queue length.
