At Divinisse, each set is handcrafted with precision and intention — custom-made to your measurements, shade selection, and chosen design. Because every order is created specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our press-on nails, Divinisse does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Application or removal issues
  • Gem, charm, or embellishment loss during wear

Customers are fully responsible for submitting accurate nail measurements and reviewing all order details prior to checkout.


Gem & Charm Disclaimer

All gems, charms, and embellishments are secured using professional salon-grade gel and cured thoroughly. However, as with all luxury nail products, embellishments may loosen or detach due to rough use, improper application, impact, or extended wear.

Divinisse is not responsible for damage, breakage, or loss that occurs after delivery. Please refer to our Nail Care Guide for best practices to maximize longevity.


Processing & Shipping Time

All sets are made to order.

  • Standard Processing: Up to 14–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation
  • Shipping: Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

During periods of high order volume, supply delays, or unforeseen circumstances, additional time may be required. Customers will be notified if their order is impacted.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not begun.
Once production has started, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us through the this form on our website within 48 hours of delivery.

Be prepared to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

A member of the Divinisse team will review your request and follow up within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

Please note:

  • Divinisse is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or mishandled once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Shipping protection may be offered in the future for additional coverage.

Nail Sizing Responsibility

Customers are strongly encouraged to review our Nail Sizing Guide before placing an order.

Divinisse is not responsible for sizing errors resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.


EU Customers — Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with European Union regulations, custom-made and personalized products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. As all Divinisse sets are made to order, this policy does not apply.
