At Divinisse, every set is handcrafted to order — tailored to your measurements, design preferences, and selected shades. Because our pieces are made with intention and precision, processing times reflect the creation of luxury, not mass production.

Processing Time

All press-on nail sets are made to order.

- Standard Processing:
Please allow 14–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing and production after payment is confirmed.

- Rush Processing:
Customers who add Rush Processing (Entire Order) to their cart will receive priority processing of 5–7 business days.
Shipping time is separate.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, supply delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is affected, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Time & Rates

Once your order has completed processing, it will ship using the method selected at checkout.

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping speed.

International Shipping

At this time, Divinisse ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently available.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Divinisse is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure and monitoring tracking closely.
