Processing Time

All Divinisse sets are handcrafted to order.
Standard processing time is 14–21 business days, depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Processing time begins after payment is received.
Weekends and holidays are not included.

Luxury takes time. Quality is never rushed.


Rush Orders

Rush Processing shortens the standard 14–21 business day timeline to 5-7 business days.

Rush availability is limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on workload and design complexity.

If approved, a Rush Processing fee will be added to your invoice.

Rush Processing affects processing time only.
Shipping speed is selected separately at checkout.

Submission of a rush request does not guarantee approval.


Custom Orders

Custom designs follow the same 14–21 business day processing window after invoice payment, unless otherwise approved.

Complex designs, delayed communication, or design revisions may extend processing time.

Rush Processing may be available for custom orders and is subject to approval.


What if a gem falls off or a nail breaks?

If damage occurs within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, you are eligible for one complimentary replacement nail with photo proof.

To request your complimentary replacement, submit the Divine Restoration form and select “Damage within 72 hours” as your reason.

After 72 hours, Divine Restoration pricing applies:

  • Single nail replacements start at $10 per nail

  • Final pricing depends on design complexity, gems, and materials

All replacement nails must match your original order design.


Are your nails reusable?

Yes. With proper removal, cleaning, and storage, Divinisse nails can be reused multiple times.

Longevity depends on application method and wear habits.


What shapes and lengths do you offer?

Most sets are designed with a fixed shape and length for aesthetic cohesion.

Custom shape or length requests are available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the design.



Returns/Refunds


Do you accept returns?

No. Once a custom or replacement nail order has been approved and paid, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after payment is completed.


What if I change my mind after paying?

Once payment is received, your order enters processing. Because each set is handcrafted and customized, we do not allow cancellations, returns, or refunds after payment is approved.


Will I get a refund if I’m unhappy with my nails?

Refunds are not offered after payment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support with photos so we can assist according to our policies.


What if my nails are damaged during shipping?

Damage in transit is different from returns. If your set arrives damaged, send clear photos to support, and we will help with repair or replacement options based on your situation.

 


Custom Nails



How do custom nail orders work?

Custom nails are handcrafted exclusively for you.
Submit the Custom Nail Request Form with your design details, measurements, references, and budget.
Once reviewed, you’ll receive an approval status and, if accepted, a personalized invoice via Shopify.

Payment is required to reserve your spot in the queue.


Do I need to pay to submit a custom nail form?

No. Submitting a form does not require payment.
Payment is only required after your request is approved and your invoice is sent.


Are all custom requests accepted?

No. Custom requests are reviewed individually and may be approved, modified, waitlisted, or declined based on availability, complexity, and current workload.

Luxury = limited.


Are nail bed measurements required for custom nails?

Yes. Nail bed measurements are required for custom nail orders.
Measurements must be provided in millimeters and taken at the widest point of each nail.

Orders submitted without measurements may be delayed or declined.


How long do custom nails take to process?

Standard processing time is 14–21 business days after invoice payment.
Complex designs or delayed communication may extend this timeline.

Rush Processing may be available upon request and approval.



Divine Restoration



What is Divine Restoration?

Divine Restoration is our official nail replacement service for repairing or replacing nails from your original Divinisse order.

All restoration nails are handcrafted to match your original design.


How much does Divine Restoration cost?

Pricing starts at:

  • $10 per nail for single replacements
  • $30 for mini restorations (2–4 nails)
  • $40 for full set restorations

Final pricing depends on design complexity, gems, charms, and specialty materials.


How do I request a replacement nail?

Submit the Divine Restoration form with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Once reviewed, you’ll receive a personalized invoice if approved.


Do replacement nails qualify for refunds or exchanges?

No. All restoration nails are custom-made and final sale.


How long do Divine Restoration orders take?

Divine Restoration orders follow the standard 14–21 business day processing timeline.
